Performance

As spectacular as the exterior and interior are, when you look under the hood of the Ford F-150 Striker, you definitely know that this is far more than just another pretty face. Lurking just beneath the boldly striped hood is a pavement-melting 5.4 three valve Triton V8. Engine enhancements to the engine include a Kenne Bell Optimizer II electronic engine management system and an Airaid cool air intake system. These performance upgrades work seamlessly to propel the Striker onto any freeway, up any mountain and, just for the fun of it, along that long, dark, empty stretch of two lane blacktop we’ve often dreamt of.

While the power under the Striker’s hood has a strong supporting cast, it’s augmented with a free flowing Magnaflow Performance cat-back dual exhaust system reduces back pressure, increases horsepower and enhances the throaty sound of the Triton V-8. A DJM suspension package lowers the F-150, adding to the visual impression the Striker, while making it possible for this sport truck to handle hairpin turns more like the Mustang that inspired it.
To insure that the Striker can stop and aggressively as it accelerates, it’s equipped with enhanced disc brakes by SSBC. Rolling stock consists of custom Striker 22” multi piece alloy wheels by Rodtana and Pirelli Scorpion Zero Assimetrico ultra high performance tires.

A Name With An Attitude

F-150 Striker. A name that conjures up images of the time when the signature “Powered By Ford” struck fear into the hearts of competitors on the street and at racing venues around the world. And in a salute its historic Blue Oval predecessors, the F-150 Striker is ready to blast down the quarter mile, or conquer the most challenging curves, anytime, anywhere.

The Ford F-150 Striker is an awesome looking, no nonsense sport truck that was built to make short work of virtually anything that has the audacity to challenge it, be it man, machine or the road.
