Design

p> The Ford F-150 Striker was inspired by the new Mustang GT, incorporating the nuanced suggestion of the sport coupe’s awesome power into a muscular profile appropriate for Ford’s rougher, tougher 2009 F-150. The Striker has been given a shot of design testosterone that’s guaranteed to achieve the kind of head-snapping attention that’s missing in other trucks.

The design language of the Mustang has been neatly translated into the language of the new 2009 Ford F-150. From any angle, the F-150 Striker is all about high style matched with well rounded performance, thanks to the Striker custom body kit by Hulst Customs. From the bold front fascia and grille shell, to the functional air splitter at its lower edge, the appearance of the Striker is all business. The black anodized diamond wire upper and lower grilles provide plenty of pass through to satisfy the hunger of the Striker’s engine for cool, fresh air, while further enhancing the Striker’s aggressive appearance.

Details abound, from the custom front fender vents and side scoops that are located just ahead of the rear wheels, to the lower body cladding that adds just the right amount of attitude to the stance of the vehicle. The shimmering Sherwin-Williams Planet Color Striker Silver is accented with Badass Blue stripes, both of which are destined to become classics and are synonymous with the kind of performance that is the heart and soul of the Striker.

The Ford F-150 Striker’s seats are wrapped in Katzkin custom leather that mirrors the design theme of the exterior. Further accenting the interior are embroidered Striker logos on the seat backs and on the Designer Mat carpet mats. A Quiet Ride Solutions insulation kit provides the perfect acoustical environment for the latest Sony Xplod audio/video entertainment system, while an array of Autometer gauges monitors engine vitals.
